01 When are Payments Due?
Payments are divided into two. Once the final details of the contract have been decided and finalized, the first half is due. The final installment is due 30 days prior to your event date.
02 What form of Payment do we accept?
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). If payment is made via credit card, a 3% processing fee is charged.
03 Once I have paid my retainer, can I get it back if I have to cancel for some reason?
Once a retainer has been paid to reserve a date, it is non-refundable. Your paid reservation prevents us from booking your photographer for anyone else on that date. Payments may not be reapplied if the event is rescheduled. Special consideration can made at the discretion of Laura Parent.
04 How do you determine expenses for destination weddings?
Our travel expenses are pretty basic. The only additional costs are for transportation (gas and/or airfare, whichever is needed), lodging, meals, and rental car (if applicable).
05 Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, every photographer at your wedding will carry back-up equipment at the wedding. The back-up cameras are the same models as the cameras used during the wedding. We believe in consistency!
06 Do you offer online viewing?
Yes! We offer online viewing through Pictage. Your family can view and order photos directly from the Pictage site without requiring you to place their orders. Pictage even allows you to create folders of your favorite pictures, which makes the album design process easy for you and us.
07 How do we confirm the booking?

08 How long do you keep negatives, and can I purchase them?
We guarantee that you will have access to your images online for a year after your wedding date. You may purchase a high resolution DVD of either the wedding day images or the wedding day, engagement, and bridal session images. All high resolution images are delivered as JPG files. Pricing is listed under the “Add-Ons” menu. Our studio does keep long-term archives, and under most circumstances we can retrieve images even after your pictures have expired online.
09 When do I book my bridal and engagement sessions?
Call to book your bridal & engagement sessions 3+ months before you would like to have the session. Our schedule fills up quickly, so call as soon as you have an idea of when you’d like to shoot. Be sure to leave plenty of time for your images to be edited and ordered if you plan to have them for your wedding.
