Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed and Something Blue

Kara and Dave got Married at the beautiful Room on Main Event Venue Dallas Texas in downtown Dallas. What touched me so very much about this bride and grooms beautiful wedding was the care and kindness that exuded towards their parents and grandparents. The most important sentiments for their wedding were as follows:

Something Old – Mother’s wedding veil
Something New – Gown
Something Borrowed – Maternal Grandmother’s diamond necklace
Something Blue – Late Paternal Grandmother’s sapphire ring guards.

The sweetest part of a wedding is to see the joy that is brought together by close families. Kara and Dave are both individuals that are full of life and excitement that shined through during their engagement session. So, of course their wedding was the same. Kara’s mother started the ceremony off with a gorgeous song that was really very moving. This started the ceremony off with tears and warmth. The ceremony was beautiful and the Officiant Chris Sideman, came in and married these two.

There were some other details that I must mention are the two “SUPER ADORABLE” Bridal party flower girl and ring bearer. I mean, take a look at these photos of these two little sweethearts. A picture perfect couple of children and the gorgeous bride with her sweet Grandmothers diamond necklace being placed on her (see images of this below) and the sweetest Mother and Groom Dance at the end that really touched my heart. But also take a look at Dave with his pop and hugging him and lastly [huge_it_share]including him in the very cool photo of the grooms party showing off there shoes and socks!

The decor was very elegantly planned to the smallest details by Alex Stein and her wonderful team and below are all of the other Vendor Professionals that worked with us.

The Laurel Venue Grapevine Texas New Event Space

The Laurel in Grapevine is a fabulous new event and wedding venue that has just had their grand opening. Relive Photography was brought in to photograph for their very first SWP Society of Wedding Professionals November 2015. This was a great Thanksgiving style lunch that was provided by Wendy Krispin Catering from the DFW and Dallas area. The catering was fabulous and the lunch was finished off by homemade candied apples to top off the fall feel. The apples were a wonderful touch and were provided by Catering by Chef Richard. Florals and decor of course are a huge aspect of any event having a great outcome which was provided by Jenny Johnson of The I Do Girl Weddings and Events and Joche W. Floral & Event Design. Of course I have not forgotten Carol Mark Events terrific Violinist Marek – who’s image is of course included. Check out our list below to see ALL of the amazing talented artists and wedding and event professionals that took part in another successful event. These amazing vendors put together a fabulous event this week for SWP of Dallas. I loved every moment of working with all of these professionals. Enjoy some Sampes of the event!

SWP is a great association that I have been a member of in Texas to find and surround myself with top shelf wedding and event members. I have found that this organization is just that! A fabulous group of people with like minded ways of doing business and treating our clients in the utmost highest standards. They Met Serendipitously in Kansas City and Are Happily Wed in Boston MA

They Met Serendipitously in Kansas City and Are Happily Newlywed in Boston MA – Little did Jeff and Lisa know that they were going to be married when they first met Country Club Plaza in Kansas City in 2006. This couple clearly are meant to be together and it shows. In every detail of planning life, they are both on the same exact page.

While planning the wedding in Boston was a wonderful idea since Jeff is from Boston. Jeff and Lisa travel a lot so they got vintage postcards from a variety of cities they have stayed in and used those as the table names. The flowers were gorgeous and so very unique. I have really never seen anything like them. Winston florists from Boston does such an amazing job of providing a special look for their dream wedding day. Their colors were a great combination of Ivory Dress, Grey BM Dresses, Black Tux, Coral, Pink, Yellow and Green floral. The bridesmaid’s wore a Jim Hjelm – Silky Taffeta in Graphite. They had a great collection of vendors involved in their wedding plans and I would highly recommend any of them for a fabulous outcome. Here they are;

Alden Castle Brookline Massachusetts Wedding and Mitzvah Showcase

Relive Photography photographed Alden Castle of Brookline Massachusetts which held an amazing Wedding Showcase for prospective Brides and Grooms to view. The weekend also showed a great selection of design and talent for those of who are planning a Mitzvah celebration or Sweet Sixteen. The Alden Castle was recently renovated and updated from what formerly was the Veronique. See for yourself what a beautiful dreamy new look Alden Castle has to offer. Their vendors which were responsible for an exquisite showcase were amongst the top that the Boston area has to offer for weddings and events. The Candy Heaven candy bar was a great touch for any event that wants to cure the sweet tooth that most of us have.
